The Practice Website

The Practice Website is a one-off service priced at $2,495 AUD. It includes up to seven pages of custom design and build on a professional, secure website platform that we host and manage.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due before launch. Alternatively, payment can be made in three monthly payments. The website launches once payment is complete.

Timeframe

Most websites are live within 2–4 weeks of receiving your content. We do not guarantee a specific launch date, as timing depends on the timely supply of content and feedback.

Practice Care

Practice Care is $149 per month and is required with every website. It begins when your site goes live and runs month to month with no lock-in. It covers hosting, security and platform updates, up to 60 minutes of content updates each month, practitioner profile and service updates, form monitoring, technical support and ongoing health checks.

Practice Care is designed for routine updates and support. New pages, redesigns or substantial new functionality are quoted separately.

Larger sites

If you need more than seven pages or a larger team site, we will provide a custom quote.

Handover

If Practice Care ends, a $495 one-off handover package is available. This includes website content, images and a page-by-page outline so the site can be rebuilt elsewhere, or transferred to your own account on our platform. Your domain always stays with you.

Your content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content and images you supply, and for ensuring you hold the rights to use them.
